From the Digestion Angel Mole (i.e., Digestion Gene location), head due north to reach the Old Habitat. Enter through the first-floor passage. On the right table is the first Sonic Resonator. Scan it, then continue forward. On the ground in the room ahead, find the second. A total of two scans are required to unlock the blueprint.

Unlock Heat-Resistant Gene

From the Escape Pod, head southwest to find a large coral ball. Below it is a passage. Use the Sonic Resonator to open the passage and go down. The first Heat-Resistant Angel Mole node is below; use the Sonic Resonator to shatter the four surrounding flower-like viruses. Then head north along the Titan Drillworm corpse to find the second node (two nodes in total need to be unlocked). Shatter three viruses. Return to the Heat-Resistant Angel Mole, clear the four appearing viruses (the last one is on top), and interact to obtain the Heat-Resistant Gene.

From the Alien Ruins, head 105 degrees east-southeast, maintaining a depth of 200 meters. Pass by a large alien structure to find the ship. The first Feedback Resonator is inside the ship. After exiting, go down the cliff west of the ship to the bottom. Follow the due north passage to reach the green lake. The second Feedback Resonator is by the lake. Then upgrade the Sonic Resonator to the Feedback Resonator at the Modification Station. Note: The vehicle (Camel) requires a depth module to dive to 250 meters.

Unlock Axum Vision Gene

Requires Feedback Resonator. The first node is in a large cave beneath the Alien Ruins. Remotely shatter two purple viruses (do not approach). The second node is to the southeast, under a cliff. Shatter two viruses (follow the worm corpse). The third node is 75 degrees northeast, follow the mountain to a ship wreck, shatter the virus at the entrance, enter the cave, and shatter the upper and lower viruses (the third node is inverted). Then head 255 degrees west to find the Angel Mole. Shatter two viruses, then interact to obtain the Axum Vision Gene.
